SHIPPING & RETURNS
We process and ship orders Monday- Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Domestic orders are delivered via USPS. We offer the following USPS options:
USPS Priority: 3-5 Business days at $7 per item.
USPS Express: 1-2 Business days at $12 per item.
We use DHL Express to ship international orders. DHL Express does not ship packages to P.O. Box addresses.
DHL Express orders ship within 2-6 business days.
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties; these fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. You may contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details as well as the tracking information for your package.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our offices for tracking information to appear.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If over 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus the shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, to be determined by your bank / credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 163 Stanton St # 6 New York, NY 10002
